Crystal Ear Clinic's Mardi O'Leary.

Ear nurse Mardi O’Leary wants to thank all the people of Geelong and surrounds for supporting her micro-suction earwax clinic over the past year.
Just on 12 months ago she opened the doors as a registered nurse specialising in the technique of using micro-suction for ear-cleaning.
“This is a professional, water-free and gentle method of cleaning ears, which is also used by ear-specialist doctors,” Mardi explains.
“So many people come to us saying they have trouble with their ears and they don’t like the water syringing method. They may have been to see a specialist ear doctor in the past but it isn’t easy to get an appointment.
“They’re really happy to find a place with a short waiting time, with gentle nurses, who get the job done professionally without using water.
Mardi sees many people referred by their doctor or audiologist as well as clients who find her after hearing recommendations from friends or family.
“Lots of people have trouble with blocked ears, including children, adults and hearing-aid wearers,” she says.
Mardi has worked for many years at Melbourne Crystal Clear Ear clinics before making the move to open a Geelong branch.
A registered nurse, Mardi completed a nationally accredited course in micro-suction and ear hygiene.
She has a wealth of knowledge about ear health and can guide clients in the best way to care for their ears. More information and clinic bookings are available at crystalclearclinic.com.au
