Lorne’s park wired for fun

Flying high through the rainforest of the Otways is a thrill seeker’s nirvana.

Live Wire Park solves the school holiday boredom blues by being Australia’s first completely off-grid elevated adventure park.

Nestled among the towering Otway treetops, Live Wire Park zips its lucky participants around four specially designed circuits.

The Canopy Circuit is 120 metres long, 10 metres high and perfect for beginners and provides stunning views.

The Shockwave Zip Coaster is a high intensity 525 metre long experience and is an adrenaline junkie’s dream come true.

The Super Circuit is two hours of high intensity that feature 53 mid-air trails, suspended bridges, tree-scaling activities, an electrifying Tarzan swing and a supercharged 10 metre QuickJump bungee.

Finally, the one-hour Short Circuit is one for the kids with 26 mid-intensity activities that is perfect for those aged seven to 15. It’s safe, secure and loads of fun.

Live Wire Park is truly green. Powered by nature, the park has been thoughtfully designed to have a minimal impact on the environment. Fuelled by solar power, paired with all water being collected, used and treated on site, makes Live Wire Park a sustainable business.

Live Wire Park is a family-owned venture, run by locals who are passionate about the environment and sharing the natural wonders of the Surf Coast of Australia with the rest of the world.

Experienced instructors are always on hand to show the way.

Live Wire Park is just less than 1km from Lorne’s spectacular coastline and is a perfect school holiday escape.

The park is at 180 Erskine Falls Rd, Lorne. Check it out at livewirepark.com.au.
