Indented Head man blows 0.23% with 3 kids in back seat

AN INDENTED Head man with children in the car has been intercepted by police after allegedly driving with a blood alcohol level more than four times over the legal limit in Hampton Park last night.

Police set up a booze bus site on Pound Road when a silver Mazda sedan drove through just before 11pm.

Police conducted a preliminary breath test on the unlicensed driver who had three young children in the rear seat.

The 37-year-old man recorded a BAC of 0.23 per cent.

He is expected to be charged on summons with drink driving, unlicensed, unregistered and other traffic related offences.
