Fears for missing pregant teen

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 16-year-old girl Cassandra Baker.
Cassandra was last seen at her home address on Alkira Avenue in Norlane last Wednesday.
Police have concerns for her welfare as she is 38 weeks pregnant and has an intellectual disability.
She is described as 160cm tall, of medium build, with shoulder length wavy brown hair and has a ring through the middle of her nose.
She was last seen wearing a black jumper and pants and is known to frequent the Frankston and Rosebud area.
Investigators have released an image of Cassandra in the hope that someone may recognise her and provide information on her current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Cassandra is urged to phone triple zero (000) immediately.
