Juc local’s double-barrel wave wins clip contest

A JAN JUC surfer’s double-barrel wave has won a Victorian surfing film clip prize.
Todd Rosewall and cameraman Ron Hurst have shared the $1000 prize for winning the HIF Clip of the Season Competition, run in conjunction with Surfing Victoria.
Entries were posted online so viewers could vote for their favoutie clip to decide the winner.
The winning entry featured Rosewall pulling into two barrels on the same wave.
Rosewall was rapt to win.
“It’s a great idea and a fun competition to be involved in. I didn’t actually know that I had an entry until I heard from the guys at Surfing Victoria that Glenn (Hurst) and (his father) Ron had entered it.”
“A big thanks to everyone that voted for me and HIF for supporting the competition.”
