Clifton Springs death no longer suspicious: police

UPDATE:

The investigation into the death of a man in Clifton Springs on Monday will now be conducted by local police after findings during a post mortem today indicated his death was not deemed to be suspicious.

Police were called to a property in Panpandi Drive around 11am after a man, aged in his 20s, was found deceased.

Investigators will prepare a report for the Coroner.

Homicide Squad detectives are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a man in Clifton Springs.

Police were called to a property in Panpandi Drive around 11am after a man, aged in his 20s, was found deceased.

Detectives are treating the death as suspicious at this stage. The man is believed to have sustained multiple stab wounds.
