A FEMALE police constable has been charged following a Professional Standards Command investigation of an alleged assault in Geelong on 12 January.
Investigators charged the policewoman, who works in Victoria’s Police’s Melbourne’s North West Metro Region, with unlawful assault and unlicensed driving.
She was suspended with pay to appear at Geelong Magistrates’ Court on 20 May.
