Police Victoria’s anti-bikie taskforce has arrested a Rebels motorcycle gang member in Leopold following raids on Friday 10 February morning.
Officers charged the 33-year-old Leopold man with trafficking methamphetamine and multiple counts of prohibited person possessing firearms, theft, burglary and handling stolen goods.
Police remanded the man to appear at Geelong Magistrate’s Court on 23 June.
Taskforce Echo and Geelong detectives executed warrants at residential addresses on the Bellarine Highway, Leopold, and Murradoc Road, Drysdale, Friday morning.
Detectives seized a large number of allegedly stolen motor vehicles, boats and trailers.
They also located firearms and drugs at the Bellarine Highway address.
The raids formed part of an investigation into members of the outlaw motorcycle club.
