Buckets & Bouquets

BUCKETS to nearly all residential building sites for simply allowing their rubbish to just blow away into the environment. This week has been particularly bad with strong winds. Is it easier to only fine litterers in the city? Perhaps some construction site fines are in order.
Appalled, Highton

BEAUTIFUL bouquets of roses to every staff member, nurse and doctor on Patricia Heath six for their loving care and attention to my mother between last month. You made her final days a comfort to both her and her family. Thank you.
Bruce and Norma McCoughtry, Grovedale

BOUQUETS to Alex and the people who stopped to help when I was bitten by dogs (without collars or leads) while walking my dog on Wilsons Rd. Alex was instrumental in getting the dogs apart and helped get my dog and I home safely and quickly.
Reported, Whittington

Buckets to the feral opportunist who stole my chocolate brown Akubra Stetson hat from the Belmont TAB last week. You were seen on the video footage and police have been alerted. Hand the hat back to the Belmont TAB or you will be pursued and charged by police. I will hunt you down unless it is returned.
Vengeance Victim, Highton

Bouquets to the gentleman and young man who came to my aid when I had a fall a couple of weeks ago at the supermarket. I am okay but for a few bruises.
Lady in black coat, Teesdale

BIG blooming bouquets to Barry the Boatman by the bridge who brightens up the Anglesea River with his colourful craft. His cheerful banter and tourism advice is always appreciated by overseas and Aussie visitors. Barry, you are a bonzer ambassador for our town!
Melva, Anglesea

BOUQUETS to Dr Bruce Poole, Roz and the staff at Qutis Skin Clinic for their excellent and friendly service. Nothing is any trouble, they are a delight.
Happy customer, Manifold Heights
