A BODY has been located at a property following a fire at a house in Torquay this morning.
Emergency services were called to the Cullen Court property around 3.30am and discovered the residence and garage engulfed in flames.
The deceased is yet to be formally identified.
The cause of the blaze remains unknown at this stage however police are not treating it as suspicious.
Arson and Explosives Squad detectives and an arson chemist are currently examining at the scene.
