A MAN has died after his car struck a tree in Anakie early this morning Wednesday).
Police believe the car, which was travelling north on Bacchus Marsh Road, left the roadway and struck the tree sometime before 4am.
Emergency services are currently on the scene and Bacchus Marsh road will remain closed between Carrs Road and Granite Road for a number of hours.
