“We’ve expanded out model train section, because we believe that there are more people taking up model trains as a hobby,” he said.
“Some people have little displays on a table, then others have a great big shed full of them.
“We have buyers ranging from eight years old to 90 years old.”
Complete model train sets start at $130 and include all the tracks and carriages needed to start a model railway.
Clayton said Tates Toyworld prided itself on great customer service.
