Veteran Cats defender Corey Enright is expected to be fit and available for the home night game against West Coast on Saturday.
He trained with the main group today, although on a restricted program. He appeared to be running without difficulty.
Coach Chris Scott earlier said he expected Enright “to do something”.
“He’ll be out there doing some stuff based around his (individual) program.
“It’s hard to give an update on where he’s at. He’s obviously better than where was on the weekend, and he was quite close to playing, so that’s a good thing.
“The medicos say it’s the type of injury that can get pretty good pretty quickly but the last 10 per cent can take a long time.”
Scott said tagger Taylor Hunt would be available after his one week suspension “but it’s not a lay down misere that he will come back”.
