Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 52-year-old Hamilton man Graeme Mallinson who is known to frequent the Bell Post Hill area.
Mr Mallinson was last seen at the Warrnambool Base Hospital about 3pm on Wednesday.
Police and Graeme’s family have concerns for his welfare as he suffers from a medical condition requiring daily medication.
Investigators have released photographs of Mr Mallinson in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
He is described as 180cm tall, with a thin build, grey hair and has possibly grown a moustache and beard.
He was last seen wearing red shorts, blue shirt, blue jeans and ugg boots.
