A STATE funding injection will boost Barwon Health dental services, Member for Geelong Christine Couzens has announced.
The money would deliver 12 new dental chairs and technology upgrades for “higher-quality care, improved safety and better outcomes for patients”, Ms Couzens said.
“The dentists and dental technicians at Barwon Health do such fantastic work. This new equipment will mean Barwon Health can continue to deliver vital public dental services to the local community.”
Ms Couzens said the upgraded digital radiography equipment would allow dentists to quickly share images with other clinicians and doctors.
