A blind Geelong West pensioner plans to spend a $400,000 lottery win on his children and a “new pair of shoes” for his wife, according to his daughter.
“Dad’s really happy to have won TattsLotto but he’s gone very quiet,” she said after he won division-one on Saturday night.

A fashion-conscious thief has police on her trail after stealing designer sunglasses worth hundreds of dollars from a Geelong store.
Police have released an image of a woman they want to question over the theft of the display sunglasses from a Malop St shop around 6pm on 20 June.
