Wensleydale bushfire brought under control overnight

HOT AND windy conditions on Monday fanned a bushfire at Wensleydale, attended by 22 CFA appliances.
The Country Fire Authority issued a Watch and Act message for the fire, travelling slowly in a south easterly direction from Casboults Road towards Knights Track.
Fire-fighters brought the bushfire under control as conditions subsided on Monday evening.
