Police search for missing Lara 16-year-old

A 16-year-old from Lara remains missing after almost two weeks, prompting police to call for public help to find her.

Skye Reardon was last seen at her home address on Marimba Avenue about 8am on Sunday, 16 February.

Police had concerns for her welfare due to her age and the amount of time she had been missing, they said.

They described Skye as Caucasian with brown shoulder-length hair.

Police released an image of Skye today in hope that someone recognised her and could provide information regarding her current whereabouts.

They urged anyone with information about Skye to phone Corio Police Station on 5273 9555.
