A journey through the dark delights of the City Of Light will return to Drysdale’s Potato Shed next week.
After selling out at Drysdale last year, Julia Madotti and Richard Vegas promise that Paris Underground will leave their audience breathless when they return with illusion, aerials, dance and cabaret.
The pair of magicians will feature on stage with the support of aerialist, dancer and circus artist Hannah Trott and tap dancer Monsier Eden Read.
Madotti and Vegas said they would also bring with them cirque specialist Monsieur Mark Graham and, new to Paris Underground, international dancer and burlesque artiste extraordinaire, Miss Mimi Le Noire.
Combined with quirky circus and incendiary songs, the pair described their extravaganza as a presentation of “classic European cabaret and variety shows of yore”.
Paris Underground had performed to packed houses throughout Victoria, New South Wales, Tasmania, Queensland and Western Australia, they said.
Stage Whispers has described Paris Underground as a “sensational show” luring audience members into “the world of the risque” and the “secret passions “of their “inner devilish dark side”.
Paris Underground plays the Potato Shed from 8pm on 30 March.
