The Geelong Indy has launched a free publication devoted to the region’s best home builders and residential estates.
Geelong Coast New Homes & Land is a full tabloid-size glossy magazine covering the city, Bellarine Peninsula, Surf Coast and Golden Plains Shire.
The publication also has its own website – the region’s first dedicated solely to new homes and land.
Deliveries of the debut print edition’s 20,000 copies began last week, with the magazine now available to pick up free at hundreds of business places including display homes, land-sales offices, supermarkets, milk bars and service stations.
More than 1000 complementary copies are also available for reading in waiting rooms, cafes and other venues.
“We’re thrilled with the response to Geelong Coast New Homes & Land,” said managing editor Tony Galpin.
“The magazine’s going like hotcakes and our advertisers are already reporting increased enquiries.
“Traffic on the website’s growing fast, too, with plenty to read for anyone in the market for a new home or land.
