Two for the road

Police are searching for two men after an alcohol theft at a Newcomb store, about noon on 15 March.
Police posted two photos of the men on Facebook, on 29 March.
The incident comes after a woman was recorded on camera leaving a Corio store with a slab of Carlton Draught, without paying, on 3 February.
On 18 February police posted photos of the woman, who was seen entering the store from a blue sedan.
Last August the Indy reported 60 alcohol outlets had signed up to an initiative to ban and target repeat offenders.
Co-ordinators of the Relapse Strategy, formerly the Geelong Packaged Liquor Accord, at that time said the initiative had helped reduce alcohol-related crime.
The initiative allows police to target and ban repeat thieves from entering liquor stores for up to 12 months.
Anyone with information on either of these incidents can contact Senior Constable Matt Ryan at Geelong Police Station on 5225 3100, or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
