A man wanted for assaulting a female workplace inspector could be on the run in Geelong, according to Victoria Police.
Adam McGrath allegedly assaulted the inspector on a worksite at Werribee but was “known to frequent the Geelong area,” police said.
“The woman sustained facial injuries as a result of the incident. There is one outstanding warrant for his arrest.”
Police released an image of Mr McGrath, pictured, who they described as aged 40 and 175cm tall with a solid build, brown eyes and tanned complexion.
Police asked anyone with information to phone Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
