A 16-year-old unaccompanied learner driver and P-plate driver have both had their vehicles impounded after they were caught allegedly doing burnouts in Waurn Ponds last night.
Geelong Highway Patrol members observed the two Holden Commodores performing burnouts in the Geelong-bound rest stop area on Geelong Ring Road around 9pm.
