IMPROVING health and wellbeing will be the focus of a new event at Geelong West Town Hall in July.
Organisers said Geelong Community Health and Wellness Day would draw together dozens of local practitioners in stalls with advice and information for healthier lifestyles.
Natalie Pickett, the chief of online program Wellness on Time, said the event would cover everything from mental health and nutrition through to exercise, sport and various therapies.
“Positive health exhibitors will engage with the community to establish relationships, discuss and demonstrate a range of health and wellness activities, services and products to share health and wellness fun with everyone.”
Ms Pickett said the 26 July event would be a convenient opportunity for time-poor patrons to access tips and ideas.
“We all know how difficult it is to plan and include wellness activities in our daily schedule.”
Ms Pickett said prospective exhibitors could email info@wellnessontime.com or phone Maree Martin on 0418 571 483.
