The most common questions people asked include: What information is legally required? What funeral choices can I make? What are the costs? What is the difference between prepaid and prearranged funerals? What about my jewellery? Will prepaying affect my pension?
Having these conversations across the region is also helping to alleviate some of the concerns and misunderstandings people have about the funeral industry.
